Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic by Decree No. 5/2020 Coll. implementing certain provisions concerning the ordering of public passenger transport stipulates details of the content requirements of the transport service plan, minimum scope and rules for its compilation, as well as standards, general standards, special standards for long-distance transport, special standards for urban transport.

Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 19/2020 Coll. concerning the setting of the amount of the toll payment for the use of defined sections of motorways and expressways, the wording is added that the validity of the toll sticker is calculated on the calendar days when the citizen pays EUR 50 for 365 days.

Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic by Decree No. 1/2020 Coll. introduces qualification prerequisites for the performance of the work of a pedagogical employee, pedagogical employees in schools and school facilities for children and pupils with special educational needs, qualification prerequisites for the performance of professional activity in the category of psychologist and school psychologist, career advisor, etc.

Notification of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic No. 12/2020 Coll. there are published amendments to the Fee Rules to the Convention on the Grant of European Patents (European Patent Convention).

Bankruptcy and restructuring

Law No. 7/2005 Coll. on bankruptcy and restructuring and on amendments to certain acts as amended regulates extensive and highly complicated law branches of bankruptcy, restructuring and discharge of debts.

If the objections are not used, so the creditor can be by a trustee legally maneuvered to creditor status when his claim will be settled in bankruptcy or restructuring only in single-digit percentage. Consistent enforcement of creditors’ rights can ensure only professionally and practically proficient legal practitioners, while in many cases it is precisely just legal advice to small and medium-sized creditors unavailable.
